Live video I made for the band Health. It was shot using the embedded cameras on 13 different Macbook laptops. The location is Materials & Applications, an outdoor gallery on Silverlake Blvd. Much thanks to everyone who was brave enough to let me borrow their laptops.

Here are some nice write-ups from Pitchfork Media and Evil Monito. These great set photos are courtesy of the talented Mr. Clay Lipsky.

Peter Walker is a guitar legend. A looming figure on the Greenwich Village folk scene of the late ’60s, he studied with Ravi Shankar and Ali Akbar Khan and was Timothy Leary’s musical director for the good doctor’s infamous LSD rituals.

We took him to the Bronson Caves in Griffith Park. It was his birthday the day we shot and if you watch til the end of the video, you’ll see the surprise we had set up for him. Check out these set photos from the day.
